This is How It's Done

Some of you have asked me what I did to get in shape. Here it is. Don't knock it 'till you've tried it. Hot dog!

For some reason, I think it must have been Brad who found this priceless clip for you off of YouTube. I'm not saying you didn't use it so work out and get into shape -- I'm just saying that Brad has a special talent for finding amazing things on the Internet!

And Sam thought he didn't work-out. I have seen him do several of these moves.

NOPE, I didn't find this video clip; I choreographed and directed it...when I was 13 years old...for my Eagle Project. My favorite moment, an epiphany really, is at the 2:10-minute mark. A really effective workout always requires a crescendoeing lip-flapping sound effect, which I learned from watching Jack Lalanne with my grandma.

Take it up, take it up, take it down, take it down! Let yourself GO!!! So, this is how you do it? And I always thought you had a bowflex! If you want a real laugh, YOUTUBE the 'Hawaiian Chair' or 'Hula Chair'. Something like that. You'll want one.

They say laughing is a great work out! I was laughing, then my cheeks hurt, then I was crying laughing when the back up ladies "froze". I'll be putting that on my blog to share with more workout lovin' people. Thanks for the work out!
