This is Gracie Gledhill. She is the 11 month old daughter of a friend. Before she was born, she was discovered to have HLHS, a defect in the left ventricle of her heart. She has gone through quite a journey with a lot of ups and downs.
She just had a heart transplant and the heart isn't functioning properly. They have to do another procedure so she can recover and be strong enough for another transplant. For more information, go to her blog here. It is also listed on my list of blogs on the sidebar.

I think of the Gledhills from the time I wake up until the time I go to sleep and sometimes in my dreams, too. My testimony has extended out into a new sphere because of this whole experience. I have learned a lot from Tom and Michele and admire them deeply. I also, can't wait to see Gracie someday and see, truly what an amazing spirit child she is.
