That was Some Weekend

I am behind in my blogging. But I am determined not to skip over anything. It might be the death of me. It's like when Rachel was born and I tried to scrapbook. I spent so much time on each individual page that I got burned out. If you look at my scrapbooks, I have three kids, ages 6, 5 and one year old. But I digress...

The week of Caroline's wedding was a busy one. We were able to see all the Millers and it seemed like the party never ended. The older Triplett kids slept over at our house. Sara, Rachel, Sydney, and Emma went to a nearby park and took some goofy pictures.

Valerie and I went out and ran some errands and then the Millers that were still in town came to our house for dinner. (Dan had left for New Zealand that morning and Caroline and Trent for some reason wanted to go away on a honeymoon.) It was pandemonium, but in a good way.

On Sunday, we drove up to Bountiful for Campbell's blessing. Since most everyone was in Utah that weekend, Sam and Rachel decided to bless her here. She's such a beautiful baby! It was really nice of the Allen's (Rachel's parents) to have the blessing at their house. The food was divine and the company wonderful.

Our family posing with Campbell. Caleb was AWOL because he was playing in the basement with Ellery and Bennett.

So you see, that was some weekend...

It sounds like so much fun to have family and so many special occasions at the same time, but it also sounds exhausting!
