The City By the Bay

Things we did when we went to San Fransisco (in no particular order):

We went to a Giants game. It was a great game, they played the Dodgers and there is quite a heated rivalry between the two. The Giants won, though. Good thing the rivalry was heated because the temperature was cold! Many thanks to Valerie and Abby for lending us warm clothes to wear.
I only have pictures of Rachel and Emma because Brad and Caleb were wandering the stadium somewhere. Dan took Lucy to her first major league baseball game and she made things even more fun.

We walked around the beach by the Golden Gate Bridge

We taught Lucy that sometimes just looking cute doesn't cut it for pictures. Sometimes you have to own the camera. Lu was a very good student and learned quickly under Rachel, Emma and Caleb's tutelage.

We went to the Palace of the Fine Arts. It was a lovely walk and I learned that Abby does not like swans. In spite of that fact, she makes a wonderful hostess and we loved staying those two days at their house.

We went to Stanford Campus. We love Stanford, it's where Wood got his doctorate so Brad has many fond memories there.

We went to the top of Hoover tower to enjoy the view where we met Jimmer Fredette's girlfriend's best friend (you got that?). She was the student volunteer that ran the elevator. She noticed Caleb's BYU jacket and asked if we knew Jimmer. Well, yeah, what self-respecting basketball fan throughout the country doesn't know Jimmer?

We went back to El Dorado Hills and made ourselves home at the Tripletts.

It was a great trip. When can we go back again?
