The Nuptials

The wedding was in the late morning so Rachel, Emma and Caleb just proceeded to have a normal day at school. Brad and I went to the Salt Lake and attended a beautiful wedding ceremony in the Temple. So here are the newly minted Mr. and Mrs. Wall. . .

It was a cold and sunny morning. Not bad compared to how it was the day before.

Top left: Valerie, Brian, Dan and Abby waiting. Top right: Brian keeping Valerie warm.
Bottom left: Wood, Brad and Derek talking about deep things. Bottom right: Valerie, Rachel, me and Laura oohing and ahhing over Caroline's beauty.

I am fortunate enough to have a mother-in-law and sisters in law that I am not only proud to call my family, but to call good friends. I love 'em all! (Rachel, Valerie, me, Caroline, Susan, Abby and Laura)

Dan and Abby really wanted pictures together when they were dressed up and not sweaty and dusty from a hike. Abby wanted to recreate some of Caroline's engagement picture poses but they opted for something more traditional instead.

After letting a professional take care of the pictures, Brad and I went with Laura and Derek to lunch (mmm, Little World!) We then went our separate ways to get ready for the reception.

When we got home, I made sure all of the kids had the clothes that they needed and then left it up to Valerie and Brian to get them ready for the big night. Brad and I needed to go to the Springville Art Museum to help set up for the reception.

The cake.
I wish I would have thought to turn the flash off when I took this picture. Trent made an arrangement of Caroline's bridal photos and their engagement photos. That Trent, he has a definite eye for art, he should probably use that artistic talent to make a living. (He works for an ad agency.)

That's it for the preparation, now let's party!

I'm so glad you got more pictures of the set-up! Thanks for coming through with that. It is fun to see someone else's pictures. Can't wait to see more from the reception.

What a great set up. That's a beautiful reception place. Trent's art collage is so fantastic. I hope they keep it and put that in their house. I love weddings!

By the way. Check out my blog; you're 'virtually' invited to my Jewelry party. I know it's a drive for you but carpool with Shana and Heids. It would be worth it. I hear that "Dear Lizzy" has these same pendants there for double the cost that I'll be having at my house...and these ones are handmade! Anyhow, I'd love to see you.
